Terms & Conditions — tk1779 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You") and tk1779 (hereinafter "tk1779", "the Platform", "We", or "Us") with respect to your access to and use of the tk1779 online casino, sports betting, and gaming services available at https://tk1779.com and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Service").

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳500 bonus means you must place total wagers of ৳10,000 using that bonus before withdrawal is available.

Sports Betting Rules:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest conduct.
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Abuse of bonus terms or promotional offers.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits without prior agreement with tk1779 support.
• Player request for self-exclusion under tk1779's Responsible Gaming policy.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Before closing, any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to the player's registered payment method after completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Funds Held on Suspended Accounts: Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any associated balance will be held and not processed for withdrawal until the investigation is concluded. • Losses resulting from temporary or permanent platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond tk1779's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank network outages.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, market information, or game statistics displayed as a result of a technical error, subject to tk1779's right to void affected bets and return stakes as described in Section 6.

No Warranty: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. tk1779 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their devices and connections are appropriately secured before accessing the platform.

Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
